Payment terms

• A 30% of refundable deposit is required at the time of booking upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

30% of refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit
If cancelled 59 days to 20 days prior to arrival 60% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled less than 20 days prior to arrival the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
All cancellations will be handled with conciliation and goodwill

Check-in / Check out times

• Check-in: 16:00pm or later
(early check-in subject to availability)
• Check-out: by 11:00am
(late check-out subject to availability)
